Transport-esitysten esityspaikka ja tarkat esitysajankohdat julkistetaan lähiaikoina, mutta voit ostaa edullisen lippupaketin kaikkiin kolmeen tämän vuoden SAMPO Festivaalilla nähtävään Transport-esitykseen jo nyt!
Esitykset nähdään Helsingin keskustassa ajalla 29.-31.8.2025 – sijainti ja tarkat esitysajat julkaistaan pian, mutta jo nyt voit ostaa lippupaketin kaikkiin kolmeen esitykseen edulliseen early bird -hintaan 50€ (30.6. jälkeen 60€).
Lippupaketin ostaneet pääsevät etusijalla varaamaan paikat valitsemaansa näytökseen kaikkiin kolmeen esitykseen. Lippuja on tarjolla hyvin rajoitettu määrä, koska kuhunkin esitykseen mahtuu vain noin 30 henkilöä!
Yksittäisen esityksen lipun hinta on 25€ (tulevat myyntiin myöhemmin toukokuussa).

Mikä on nopeuden hinta?
Cargo luo uudenlaista valoa tieliikenteen kasvuun ja globaalin kaupan arkeen, jossa nopeus ja saavutettavuus edistävät talouskasvua, mutta johtavat samalla myös luonnonvarojen liikakäyttöön ja ympäristön saastumiseen. Esitys vie yleisön matkalle, joka vie pois armotta kiitävän liikenteen huumasta, herättäen meidät aamuruuhkan uneliaisuudesta.

Transport: Departure nostaa esiin luonnonkatastrofit ympärillämme: tulvat, kuivuudet, helleaallot ja metsäpalot. Se on elävä tarina nykymaailmasta, jossa meidän kaikkien aiheuttamat muutokset vaikuttavat miljoonien olentojen olemassaoloon ympäri maailmaa. Valitsemmeko mukavan tien menemällä virran mukana, sallien huonojen tapojemme antaa tämän maailman kauneuden haalistua taustapeilissä? Vai vedämmekö käsijarrua ja muutamme kurssia yhdessä?

Laittaako elämä lentokentillä myös empatian stand-by-tilaan?
Lentokenttä on kuin muusta maailmasta erillään oleva keidas. Se on kohtaamispaikka eri taustoista tuleville ihmisille, joilla kaikilla on oma suuntansa ja tarkoituksensa. Näiden seinien sisällä heidän välillään on hetkellinen yhteys, he ovat vähän aikaa riippuvaisia toisistaan. Transport: Connecting flights tarkastelee kriittisesti epäluottamusta, joka ei perustu mihinkään ja ennakkoluuloja, jotka vähentävät empatiaa muita kohtaan. Esitys herättää kysymyksen: miten selviytyä huutavasta epäoikeudenmukaisuudesta?

The venue and exact performance times of the Transport performances will be announced soon, but you can buy a low-cost ticket package for all three Transport performances at this year’s SAMPO Festival now!
The performances will be held in the center of Helsinki from 29 to 31 August 2025 – the location and exact performance times will be announced soon, but you can already buy a ticket package for all three performances for the affordable early bird price of 50€ (60€ after 30 June).
Those who have purchased the ticket package will have priority in booking seats for their chosen performance for all three performances. There are a very limited number of tickets available, as each performance can only accommodate around 30 people!
The price of a single performance ticket is €25 (will go on sale later in May).

What is the price of speed?
Transport: Cargo sheds light on road transport and the everyday of global trade where speed and accessibility promote economic growth but also lead to overexplotation of natural resources and environmental pollution. The production takes the audience on a journey that encourages us to stir from a relentlessly racing traffic daze and rouses us from the sleepiness of morning congestions.

When it comes to the choices you make, are you at the wheel or just a passenger?
Transport: Departure brings into focus the natural disasters around us: floods, droughts, heatwaves and wildfires. It is a vivid story of the world of today, where the changes brought on by all of us affect the existence of millions of creatures around the world. Do we take the comfortable road and go along with the ride, allowing our bad habits to let the beauty of this world fade away in the rearview mirror? Or do we pull the handbrake and change the course together?

Does life in flight mode turn empathy on standby too?
The airport is like an oasis separated from the rest of the world. It’s a meeting place for people of different backgrounds, each with their own direction and purpose. For a brief moment, within these walls, they are connected and dependent on each other. Transport: Connecting Flights takes a critical look on unfounded distrust and prejudices that diminish our empathy towards one another, and raises the question: how to cope with screaming injustice?
